Summer–Fall 2026: Buildings 1 and 2 on the Mountain Green campus will be undergoing major construction from approximately May through December.

This condo is located in Building 3, where no active construction is planned this season. However, guests may experience some daytime construction activity in other areas of the property.

• Weekday construction noise is possible (approximately 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Occasional extended hours may occur depending on weather
